The First Family Visit…

…was Annika in the middle of August. It was a present for her 5th grade graduation…I CANNOT believe she started middle school!

JJ loved being with her and doing everything he could with her.  We had to tell him to give her space:)

  

A Pedicure for Annika!

      We celebrated JJ’s birthday at Chick-fil-A the night before Annika left.  It is also her favorite (and ours)! We gave JJ a couple of his presents…he sort of had a “spread out” disheveled kind of birthday (sorry Buddy). We just have not gotten to get things together! Maybe we will celebrate his birthday with Susie’s for a big party? I feel like such a terrible mom:( (confession!) but he hasn’t seemed to mind…

OH BUDDY! WE LOVE YOU!

He got some more Thomas Trains in here and a Tractor Trailer and a Larry Boy DVD:)

(p.s. he did get to go to Sea World for his birthday! I was in PA, but brought back some great gifts from MiMi and PopPop and we just celebrated his birthday again with an ice cream cake while Jared’s brother and family were in town…but I still don’t feel right about his birthday:( Somebody say something encouraging to me after you read this, please?)
