Scenes from the 2nd week of Speakout

Here are some pictures of the other "stations" during American culture night the 2nd week.

Campers making S'mores...They marshmallows need to be "imported" from the States, not the Chocolate though (they use "Boci" chocolate which is Hungarian) and then some round cookies that come in a roll in place of graham crackers which they also don't have here. Most Hungarians have NEVER roasted a marshmallow (can you believe it??) and many enjoy the s'mores, but some say they are too sweet.

Enjoying the S'mores...

There is also a movie station where the kids get quizzed on American movies.

This is the Holiday station where the campers choose one from the group and decorate them with all sorts of American holiday items. (Which holidays do you see here??)

Sisters Erin and Rachel with Jasper--so sweet. They went home early and we miss them.

Beautiful Baby Boy...

Here are some pics of our sweetie pie JJ...still with those kissable cheeks!

We loved him in this outfit that we put on a cool night here, he had just gotten a bath and I just couldn't get over how beautiful he was/is!

Doesn't JJ look like a little British School Boy? I thought this was the cutest as Jared had dressed him on a cooler night as I was icing the BIG BRUISE I got on my cheek from playing flag football (I thought it would be worse, so thankfully it wasn't!) There were no clean pants and Jared came up with these shorts, socks and Robeez...TOO CUTE! and it gave me a good smile and laugh when my face was hurting...

Did I mention JJ's first word is 'BooALLL' for ball. I tried to get a video of it at the same time that I was taking this picture, but he wouldn't say it then (of course). He says it a lot for balls and every time he wants to play with something or finds a new toy.

This was so sweet! He leaned his head in so this camper, Andi, could kiss him. I had never seen him do that before!

With Nora who refers to Jared as "JJ's Daddy". She always has to stop and give JJ a kiss when she sees him...

Transportation Museum...I wish Owen could have seen it!

On our day off we went to a Transportation Museum here in Keszthely.
Here it is from the front. Eli loved it and I know that my nephew Owen would too. It's a little boys dream with all of these model towns with train tracks that go through mountains and work perfectly!

We went to the part that had a whole bunch of model towns in Hungary, Germany and Austria. Here is a highway with cars that go...

Here is a lookout place and the palace at Keszthely is right behind...

One of the trains moving...around the mountain

These two trains looked like they were going to crash, but then the one stopped and the other took the other track...just like real trains.
